New Westminster – Three people were allegedly stabbed on October 26, 2024, in New Westminster. Following an investigation by the New Westminster Police Department, 30-year-old Parmvir Singh Sahota was charged on December 5, 2024, with three counts of aggravated assault, contrary to Section 268(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
“If you ever fear for your safety, know that you can call 9-1-1 and we will be there to help,” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver.
On December 5, 2024, Parmvir Singh Sahota was released with strict conditions. The next court appearance in this matter is on December 18, 2024 at the New Westminster Law Courts.
