New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in returning a found photo album to the rightful owner. The photo album was handed in to the New Westminster Police Department on January 15th. It appears the photos were taken from the 1960s through the 1990s. The name Thelma Dueck appears of some of the mementos inside the album.
“These pages tell someone’s story,” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver. “We would love to reunite these cherished memories with their rightful owner.”
