New Westminster – On December 30th at 7:00 pm New Westminster Police Department officers were driving past the Royal Columbian Hospital to show their appreciation to frontline workers. As the officers prepared to leave the Sapperton area they received notice from E-COMM 9-1-1 dispatch that a man in distress was only a couple blocks away.
