New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing person Ricky Parmar.
Mr. Parmar may have been last seen on July 7th at approximately 8:00 pm near Edinburgh Street, in New Westminster. Mr. Parmar is described as South Asian, 5’6” tall with brown eyes, moustache, a slim build, and black hair that has been dyed red on top. He was last seen wearing a red sweater, black shorts, and red shoes.
Mr. Parmar may be riding an electric scooter. He has been known to frequent New Westminster and Burnaby.
“We are asking the public to help us locate this man to ensure his well-being,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “He is vulnerable and in need of his support network.”
