New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Caroline Biscaye.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Caroline Biscaye to ensure her well-being,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “Ms. Biscaye has been known to use public transit, so if you see her on the bus or Skytrain we ask you to contact Transit Police.”
Caroline Biscaye is described as an Indigenous female, slender build, 5’1 ft with shoulder-length brown hair. Ms. Biscaye has been known to visit the Vancouver downtown eastside, particularly, the 100 block of East Hastings Street. Ms. Biscaye was last seen wearing a black shirt with camouflage pants.
