New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing 12 year old Parham Esmaeili.
Parham was last seen at approximately 12:45pm on April 23 near Fraser River Middle School in New Westminster. Parham is described as South East Asian male, standing 5’4” tall. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Parham to ensure his well-being,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “He may be using transit.”
