Help us find Caroline Biscaye

Update – Carolyn Biscaye has been found safe.

New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 25 year old Caroline Biscaye. Ms. Biscaye was last seen on October 23rd, 2018 at approximately 5:00pm near the 2200 block of Hamilton Street in New Westminster.

“We are asking the public to help us locate Caroline Biscaye to ensure her well-being,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “Ms. Biscaye has been known to use public transit, so if you see her on the bus or Skytrain we ask you contact Transit Police.”

Caroline Biscaye is described as an Aboriginal female, 99 lbs, 5’7 ft with long black hair and last seen wearing a black jacket, blue hooded sweatshirt, and black leggings. Ms. Biscaye does not have a cell phone and is believed to use public transit. Ms. Biscaye has been known to visit the Vancouver downtown east side.
