New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 10 year old Ayden Dubbelman. He was last seen today at approximately 3:30pm in the 1400 block of Dublin Street. Ayden is said to have run away from his care taker, and knows how to use the sky train.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 10 years old, with a slim build, blonde hair, blue eyes, and glasses. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped sweater, with blue jeans, camouflage boots, and wearing a “Minion’s” backpack.
“Ayden knows how to use transit. Previously, he has told the bus driver that he lost his pass in order to get on, and has been located on 12th Street, at Walmart, and at Metrotown.” stated Media Relations Officer Sergeant Jeff Scott. “We’re working with surrounding agencies, have deployed all available resources for the search, and we’re asking for the public’s assistance to help find him.”
Anyone who sees Ayden Dubbelman is asked to call 911.
Update: 10 year old Ayden Dubbelman has been found safe and sound in New Westminster. Thanks to everyone for the assistance in looking for him.
