New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 61 year old Andrew Giffen. Mr. Giffen was last seen at Royal Columbian Hospital on March 20, 2017 at approximately 12:00 pm.
The New Westminster Police Department was notified by Royal Columbian Hospital that Mr. Giffen had left the facility.
“If you see Mr. Giffen we ask that you call 911 immediately,” stated Media Relations Officer Acting Sergeant Jeff Scott. “He may look lost and confused. We are concerned that he may not know his address or how to get home.”
Mr. Giffen is a white male approximately 6’2″ with a heavier build, last seen wearing a black hoodie, black or blue pants, carrying a green grocery bag. If you know the whereabouts of Mr. Giffen you are asked to call 911.
