New Westminster – Further to our Media Release dated November 13th 2015, the NWPD regret to report that Mathieu Joseph Racine has been found deceased.
The investigation has now been turned over to the BC Coroner’s Service, but foul play is not suspected.
“We have notified the family and offered a number of support services, such as our Victim Assistance Unit,” stated media relations officer Acting Sergeant Jeff Scott. “We want to express our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Racine.”
