New Westminster – On September 13th, 2015 at 6:07am a male pried open the front door of an apartment building in 300 block of Ward Street, New Westminster using a screw driver. The male then made his way to the mailboxes and used the screw driver to pry open seven individual boxes. The unknown male then took mail from the boxes and left the area.
The male, seen here in a security photograph, is described as having a light complexion, with some facial hair, wearing a black baseball hat, a grey and black sweater with a red balaclava around his neck, dark pants, black shoes and black gloves.
The NWPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this individual. If you recognize the male please contact Constable Oliveira at 604-525-5411.
