New Westminster – The NWPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Matthew Stephen Baldwin. Matthew is a 35 year old, Caucasian male standing approximately 5’7 inches tall with a slender build, weighing 130lbs. Matthew has short brown hair with blue eyes.
Matthew was last seen in the 1100 block of 6th Avenue in New Westminster on August 12th 2015. Matthew is known to spend time on the Downtown Eastside in Vancouver, and in areas near King George Boulevard in Surrey.
The NWPD is asking anyone who may know the whereabouts of Matthew Stephen Baldwin to please contact the NWPD at 604-525-5411 or your local police department.
