NWPD Seek Public Assistance to ID Break and Enter Suspect

BNE SuspectOn August 15th, 2015 a male removed a secured lock and entered the men’s locker room at the Moody Park Arena located in the 700 block of 8th Avenue in New Westminster while arena users were engaged in a recreational hockey game. Once in the locker room, the male stole several wallets and cellular phones that had been secured in the room. It was not until the conclusion of the game that the break and enter was discovered as the lock on the door was now missing and the male had long since departed the area.

He was wearing a blue baseball hat, a dark colored t-shirt displaying a gold religious figure under a dark athletic coat with white sleeves. He was also wearing a notable heavy gold necklace.

The NWPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this individual. If you recognize the male or have any information about this incident, please contact Constable David De Guzman at 604-525-5411.
