New Westminster – The NWPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Denis Herbert Osen. Mr. Osen is a Caucasian male, 56 years old, standing 6’0” tall with a thin build and weighing approximately 130 pounds. He has short brown hair and was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, with a tan shirt or possibly shirtless underneath his jacket. He was also wearing light blue jeans and black shoes and was carrying a white plastic bag with him.
A distinguishing feature about Mr. Osen is that he has a feeding tube protruding from his nose as shown in the photo.
Mr. Osen has a medical condition that hinders his ability to swallow and without the feeding tube noted above, he is at risk of asphyxiation. He was last seen at 3:00pm today before he walked away from the Royal Columbian Hospital. Mr. Osen is not believed to have access to a vehicle and was not in possession of a cell phone upon his departure.
Members of the NWPD are actively searching for Mr. Osen and we ask if you see anyone matching the description to please call 911 immediately.
