New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Justine Carifelle. Ms. Carifelle is an Aboriginal female, 16 years old, standing 5’5 inches tall with brown eyes, long black hair and a slim build. She may be wearing glasses, a black shirt and jeans and has no known medical concerns or issues.
Carifelle was last seen boarding a westbound Skytrain at the New Westminster Skytrain Station just prior to midnight on February 16th, 2015. It is believed she may have been heading to the area of Commercial Drive and Broadway in Vancouver.
The NWPD is asking anyone who may know the whereabouts of Justine Carifelle to please contact the NWPD at 604-525-5411 or your local police department.
