New Westminster – At about 6:00 am this morning, the NWPD responded to a house fire at 1000 Block of 6th Avenue in a supportive role to the NWFD. The structure contained multiple units and it appears there were no injuries. Sixth Ave from 9th Street to 11th Street remains closed at this time; no other buildings were damaged and the fire remains under investigation.
