New Westminster – On January 7, 2015, 37 year old Soo Yo Kim was convicted in New Westminster Provincial Court for one count of mischief to property over $5000. Kim was arrested on November 18, 2014 after investigators from the New Westminster Police Street Crime Unit observed him keying cars in Burnaby. The investigation stemmed from an earlier incident in New Westminster. Kim was sentenced to 3 months jail and 3 years of probation.
