A short time later, just after 9:00 pm, another female was walking in the 1800 block of 8th Avenue when she noticed a male ahead of her. As she walked past, she observed the male exposing himself to her.

The suspect in both of these incidents is described as follows:

  • Caucasian male
  • Approximately 30 years old
  • 5’5” – 5’8″ height – medium build
  • Wearing a black baseball hat, black hoodie (hood up) and black sweatpants/jeans

“We are asking the public to be extra vigilant with respect to their surroundings in this area after dark,” said Sergeant Diana McDaniel. “Please report any similar incidents immediately to the police”.
