New Westminster – On July 27, 2014 at approximately 4:00 am, a taxi driver picked up a male who asked to go to a location in New Westminster. When they arrived at the location, the male threatened the taxi driver with a knife and demanded money. The New Westminster Police are asking the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect in this robbery.
He is described as follows:
- Caucasian male
- 20-25 yrs
- 6’0″ – thin build
- Dark ball cap
- Sunglasses
- Black t-shirt
- Dark shorts
