New Westminster – Eighteen-year old Scarlett Rae Nelson has been missing from New Westminster since Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:30 am. She is described as follows:
- Caucasian female
- 5’2” height
- 112 lbs
- Dyed light brown hair with purple and blue streaks
She was last seen wearing black yoga pants and a black zip up jacket with fur around the hood. Her left ear lobe is stretched and her lower lip has a piercing on the left side. She has scars on both arms.
