New Westminster – Between March 10th and March 12th, 2014, the suspect shown in the attached photo attempted to steal several vehicles in the downtown area of New Westminster. His description is as follows:
- Caucasian male
- 25-35 years old
- 5’8″-5’10” height
- 220-260 lbs
- brown hair cut short on the sides and longer on the top
- stubble but no actual facial hair
- wearing a black hoody with a red lining and black track pants with a white stripe down the side
