New Westminster – Further to our Media Release dated October 10, 2013, the NWPD regret to report that on Sunday, October 20th, 2013, missing person To Lam “Don” Choy was found deceased. The investigation has now been turned over to the BC Coroners Service; however, foul play is not suspected. Mr. Choy’s family has been advised and the NWPD would like to offer their condolences to Mr. Choy’s family, friends and colleagues.
