New Westminster – At 3:40 am today, the New Westminster Police Department received a call from the New Westminster Fire Department advising of a structure fire located at 634 Columbia Street. New Westminster Fire is currently on scene and is continuing to battle the fire.
Road Closures currently in effect:
- Front Street is closed east and westbound
- Columbia Street is closed between 4th Street and 8th Street
- 6th Street is closed from Carnarvon Street to Front Street
There will be no vehicle traffic or pedestrian traffic allowed in the above-noted areas. Please plan alternate routes.
