The NWPD Major Crime Unit continues its investigation into a drive-by shooting that occurred in the early morning hours of October 29th, 2012.
Multiple rounds were fired at a residential apartment building in the 200 block of Salter Street, with bullets striking two suites. The incident is believed to have been a targeted shooting; however, investigators believe the occupants of the suites hit by gunfire were not the intended targets. Thankfully in this instance there were no injuries to any of the occupants or other innocent bystanders.
This remains a very active investigation and NWPD investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with any information that may move the investigation forward.
