On Sunday, October 16th at 8:30 P.M., police officers attended the Marketplace IGA located in 1000 Block of Columbia Street on report of a robbery. Two male suspects were reportedly involved; one suspect intimated that he a firearm and demanded money from a cashier.
The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. Area searches proved negative. No one was injured in the incident. The suspects are described as;
Suspect #1- Caucasian, 5’9, 170lbs, olive skin, black hair, partial beard, wearing a black baseball cap, black, jacket, blue jeans.
Suspect #2-Caucasian, 5’10, 160lbs, red jacket, white baseball hat, blue jeans.
