To update the earlier news release regarding the body found on South Dyke Road at Jardine Street in Queensborough, New Westminster. The deceased male has been identified as Brian JOHANSEN of New Westminster; the investigation is ongoing but an autopsy performed yesterday has not determined the cause of death. At this time, there is no evidence of foul play. The New Westminster Police are seeking the public’s assistance with any information concerning the activities of Mr JOHANSEN prior to his death in the early morning hours of Wednesday May 18th 2011, specifically anyone driving on South Dyke Road Tuesday May 17th evening to Wednesday May 18th morning.
