A three year old New Westminster boy was very lucky yesterday afternoon when struck by a vehicle travelling at a slow speed in the 200 block of 10th street. The child was dragged for approximately 10-12 feet. The child was transported to Royal Columbian Hospital and held overnight for observation but was well enough to be playing in his crib shortly after arrival at the hospital. The investigation is continuing.
