New Westminster Police are investigating the theft of a historically valuable Mace. Seaforth Highlanders Pipes and Drums own this 100 year old item described as five feet tall made of brass and Malacca cane. This item was taken when a vehicle was stolen from the Queens Park Arena on the 29th of October 2010. It is virtually one of a kind and the Highlanders desperately want its return. If any citizen knows anything of its whereabouts they are requested to call their local police, Crimestoppers or New Westminster Police at 604 525-5411.
