On June 24th, the Vancouver City Police issued a request to the public for their assistance in locating Tracy Lloyd Caza (48 years of age) who had a warrant for his arrest for Breach of Probation. Caza is a chronic offender who preys on the elderly. In the past he has been known to enter hospitals and steal from elderly patients.
On July 9th, the New Westminster Police, acting on a tip from an informed citizen through media publications learned that Caza was residing in an apartment in the 900 Bk. St. Andrews Street, New Westminster. Police officers attended and arrested Caza without incident. Caza has been remanded in custody and his next court appearance will be in Vancouver on July 23rd.
