At 0845 hrs this date the missing male, Darcy Raymond VISCOUNT, was located. New Westminster police were contacted by a witness calling from Burnaby near Metro Town mall. The witness advised that the male he was observing matched the description of VISCOUNT. Burnaby RCMP were immediately dispatched to the scene. New Westminster Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating twenty-year-old Darcy Raymond VISCOUNT who walked away from Sherbrooke Centre at Royal Columbian Hospital late this afternoon.

Darcy has a history of self-mutilation and has been in Sherbrooke Centre under the Mental Health Act since early April. He is described as an aboriginal male, approximately 183 cm (6’) tall and with a slender build. He has medium brown hair and brown eyes and walks with a pronounced limp. No clothing description is available.

There is a concern that Darcy will deliberately injure himself and anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact New Westminster Police or their local police agency. The photo below is from 2004 and unfortunately nothing more recent is available.
