On January 3rd, 2009 at approximately 0115 hours, members of the New Westminster Police Service responded to a report of a Home Invasion at an apartment building in the 400 block of 7th Street. Upon arrival they located a female victim suffering from significant but non-life threatening injuries which required hospitalization.
Subsequent investigation has led to the arrest of a 28 year old New Westminster female. Jennifer Mildred FIX has now been charged with the following offences:
- Breaking and Entering
- Robbery
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Assault with a Weapon
This is an active investigation and further arrests are anticipated. Police are again asking anyone with any information to contact Lead Investigator Detective-Constable David STENGERT at 604-525-5411.
