On January 3rd, 2009 at approximately 0115 hours, members of the New Westminster Police Service responded to a report of a Home Invasion at an apartment building in the 400 block of 7th Street. Upon arrival they located a female victim suffering from significant but non-life threatening injuries which required hospitalization.
Due to the serious nature of the crime, the investigation was taken over by members of the NWPS Major Crime Section. The following Suspect descriptions were obtained:
Suspect 1
- White Female
- 28 – 32 years of age
- 5″ 5″ tall
- 200 – 210 pounds
- Straight shoulder length blonde Hair, Straight with bangs
- Light colored eyes
Suspect 2
- White male
- 25-30 years of age
- 5′ 10″ to 6’0″ tall
- 180 pounds
Investigators believe this was a targeted attack and are asking anyone with any information to contact Lead Investigator Detective-Constable David STENGERT at 604-525-5411.
