New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 25 year old Caroline Biscaye. Ms. Biscaye was last seen on July 22nd, 2019 near the 2200 block of Hamilton Street in New Westminster.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Caroline Biscaye to ensure her well-being,” stated Sergeant Jeff Scott. “Ms. Biscaye has been known to use public transit, so if you see her on the bus or Skytrain we ask you contact Transit Police.”
Caroline Biscaye is described as an Aboriginal female, 99 lbs, 5’1 ft with short black hair. Ms. Biscaye has been known to visit the Vancouver downtown east side.
