Public assistance needed in finding missing 24 year old woman

New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 24 year old Caroline Biscaye. Ms. Biscaye was last seen on Saturday March 25th, 2017 near the 2200 block of Hamilton Street in New Westminster.

“We are asking the public to help us locate Caroline Biscaye to ensure her well-being,” stated Acting Sergeant Jeff Scott. “Ms. Biscaye has been known to use public transit, so if you see her on the bus or Skytrain we ask you contact Transit Police.”

Caroline Biscaye is described as an Aboriginal female, 99 lbs, 5’7 ft with long black hair and last seen wearing a light blue jacket and grey pants. Ms. Biscaye does not have a cell phone and is believed to use public transit. Ms. Biscaye has been known to visit the Vancouver downtown east side.
