Update – Ms. Onesmus has been located and is safe.
New Westminster – The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing person Samia Onesmus.
Ms. Onesmus was reported missing on March 13th. She is described as approximately 5’3” tall, with brown eyes and short dyed red hair.
“We believe Ms. Onesmus may be travelling through municipalities throughout the Lower Mainland region,” stated Sergeant Andrew Leaver. “Investigators are wanting to ensure she is okay.”
