Mr. Throssell was last seen in the Sapperton neighbourhood in New Westminster. Mr. Throssell is described as 5’8” tall, with a heavy build, brown hair, and brown eyes with an short stubble on his face.
Mr. Throssell is known to take public transit, and may be using SkyTrain and buses.
