New Westminster – On April 16, 2014, twenty-nine year old Ryan Follack, a Kelowna resident, plead guilty to charges stemming from a fatal pedestrian collision where Gemma Snowball was killed on March 11, 2013.
Follack plead guilty to the following charges:
1.) Drive Without Due Care S. 144(1)(a) of the BC Motor Vehicle Act; and
2.) Drive without Reasonable Consideration S. 144(1)(b) of the BC Motor Vehicle Act.
Sentencing is scheduled for August, 2014.
