If you are a resident of New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, you may:
  1. for fastest service, contact us by telephone at 604-525-5411 and ask for the complaints desk. An operator will receive your report and initiate the appropriate response.
  2. Click Here to provide us with the basic details of your complaint by e-mail. Your message will be reviewed and forwarded to an investigator who will contact you by telephone or in person to obtain further details.
  • No investigation will be conducted until this contact has been made and delays may be expected.
