It is with great sadness today that we remember the three Moncton RCMP members who tragically lost their lives in the line of duty last week. Our hearts go out to their families, friends and colleagues on this difficult day. On behalf of the women and men of the NWPD, I want to acknowledge the loss felt, not only by the RCMP, but by the policing community across Canada. Our profession is not without risk, however it is always a tragedy when we lose members who have dedicated their lives to protecting their communities and the people they serve.
